  • Incorporation Certificate or GST Certificate (In case of PVT LTD, CIN number is mandatory and will require the incorporation certificate and the GST certificate will be required if the company is individual, partnership or Proprietorship.
  • PAN Card of signatory person
  • Authorization Letter (Agreement between manufacturer and Importer)

  1. WPC ETA certification starts firstly with the checking of EN Standard and frequency range in RF-Test report of the product.
  2. Verification and drafting the documents.
  3. Online portal generation for getting the login credentials from WPC wing.
  4. Online submission of application and make payment to WPC department.
  5. Scrutiny of application by WPC officials
  6. Grant of WPC ETA Certificate – If WPC officials get satisfied with the documents and test report of the product then an Equipment type approval Certificate (WPC certificate) will be granted.
  7. This certificate issued at the name of Importer only.

Validity of WPC-ETA Licence
