The aim of the Quality Control Order (QCO) is to ensure that all products manufactured, imported or sold in India are quality products and meet the specified standards set by Bureau of Indian Standards.

(1) This order may be called the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
