Quality Control Order for Electric Fence Energizers
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department for Promotion and Industry and Internal Trade) has issued a Quality Control Orders (QCO) on the date 14th November, 2024 after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards to regulate the quality of Electric Fence Energizers for their production, import and sale.
These orders mandate that specific products comply with Indian Standards and obtain BIS certification.
(1) This Order may be called the Electric Fence Energizers (Quality Control) Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
